Home Design

Home design can be scary and unknown when it comes to what the final cost will be.  Dimension Designs wants you to know what you are getting into.  We design on a square foot rate so you know how much it will cost up front.  Something we also do is include the cost of the attached garage with the square foot cost.  Some designers add the cost of the attached garage on as a separate fee.  Dimension Designs gives you the total in the beginning.  Other options can be added on at your request.  

 We understand that the cost of designing a home can feel significant when paid all at once. That’s why Dimension Designs structures design fees into clearly defined phases throughout the process. At the completion of each phase, a portion of the total square-foot design cost is due. This approach allows you to spread payments over time, similar to a payment plan, while ensuring you only move forward when you’re satisfied with the progress. Our goal is to make the design process as flexible and accommodating as possible for you.
