Home Design

Home design can be scary and unknown when it comes to what the final cost will be.  Dimension Designs wants you to know what you are getting into.  We design on a square foot rate so you know how much it will cost up front.  Something we also do is include the cost of the attached garage with the square foot cost.  Some designers add the cost of the attached garage on as a separate fee.  Dimension Designs gives you the total in the beginning.  Other options can be added on at your request.  

We know the cost of designing a home can be large in one single payment.  That's why Dimension Designs breaks that cost up into phases throughout the design process.  We want this process to be as accommodating as possible for you.  At the end of each phase, a percentage of the square foot cost is due.  This way you can pay a little at a time like a payment plan.  You pay when you are satisfied and ready to move on to the next phase.
